Could that happen - I do not know why, but I spent a couple of attempts (while recovering from a cold). My doctor gave me a sheet with exercises for the neck - several times a day. It took fully recover about 5 to 6 days. The exercises, which provide emergency though.
Apparently, the combination of cold and a kind of physical exertion or stress that (in my case, weightlifting - but it) must be hard for Set It Off. Sometimes some people.
