I can not connect because there are so many tools. But there's a site called Pokecommunity.com is a forum. Scroll to "imitation", then go ROM hacking, then go to the toolbox. "All the tools are available.

Some suggestions for software.

Edit the map - Advance Map
Sprite Edition - UNLZ GBA
Scripting - XSE

Best answer would be welcome, I'm new here.
